    Warranty Return Process

    SUBMIT YOUR REPLACEMENT ORDER

    When you select the button below, you'll be prompted to select one of three products that you're looking to replace: a single trait cuff, necklace, or necklace chain. Once you've made your selection, add it to your cart and continue through the checkout process (there's a small charge for the shipping and processing). Make sure to enter the shipping address where you'd like your new piece delivered!

    SEND A RETURN LABEL REQUEST

    Next, fill out this quick form (only four questions!). You will need the order number from Step 1, so make sure not to skip any steps. Once you submit your request, you will receive a shipping label within 24 hours via email. For a necklace chain replacement you will be prompted to upload an image of your broken chain- no need to return to us.

    SHIP YOUR OLD PRODUCT BACK

    Once you receive your return shipping label via email, print it and attach to a padded mailer envelope or small box (not exceeding 22x18x15 inches). All return labels are through United States Postal Service. No need to ship any packaging back! Just the product will do the trick. Wrap in bubble wrap, tissue paper or anything to protect it in the shipping process.

    RECEIVE YOUR BRAND NEW PIECE!

    This one is simple! Once your old product reaches our facility, it will be processed within three business days. Your brand new product will be shipped and you'll be notified via email with tracking information! Continue to wear- and be inspired.
