Tik Tok Intern

Do you love Tik Tok? Would you be interested in dedicating your time to create Tik Toks to grow our business reach on that platform?? We are a local jewelry brand currently seeking an intern interested in managing and creating content for Pieces of Me social media channels, specifically Tik Tok and Instagram Reels. Are you a driven and hard-working individual? Do you love creating content for social media? Are you interested in working for a startup company? If you answered yes to these questions, then this position is for you! We're looking to fill this spot as soon as possible.

-Manage Tik Tok and Reels channels for Pieces of Me 

-Work directly with owner/creative director on project management

-Help to plan and create daily Tik Tok content 

-Film and edit high-quality videos to post

-Research competitors strategy on these platforms

-Create original content curated to our brand 

-Collaborate with the team to plan, launch, execute and evaluate multi-channel campaigns on Tik Tok and Reels

-Keep up with Tik Tok trends and translate those into promotion for the business

-Brainstorm innovative campaign ideas

-Learn a lot! Working directly with the owner, you will learn what it’s like starting your own business, advance your knowledge and experience in marketing, increase your skills in marketing and communication, and most importantly work in a fun creative environment right in downtown Grand Rapids, MI.

-High school graduate is preferred 

-Excellent written and oral communication

-Proficient in Tik Tok and Instagram Reels

-Knowledge of other social media platforms (Instagram, Insta stories, Facebook, and Pinterest)

-Outgoing personality and a positive attitude 

-Would be great for a Marketing or PR major, or anyone looking for social media experience

You’re collaborative, team-oriented and value a work culture where great ideas can come from anywhere (yes, interns too!). You have a sense of humor and love to work with a team.
