SALES INTERNSHIP | FALL SEMESTER 2020
HOURS: 15 hrs per week

We are currently seeking an intern interested in learning about the world of sales and getting hands on experience with B2B sales efforts. Are you outgoing, one of those people who loves to communicate and talks to new people with ease? Are you a driven and hard-working individual? If you answered yes to these questions, then this position is for you!
-Work directly with our wholesale sales manager
- Research competitors brands
-Brainstorm innovative ways to market to retailers
-Learn about B2B and sales rep distribution channels
-Search for new retail leads
-Gain experience with email marketing sales funnels
-Organize leads and retailer information within CRM system
-Gain experience cold calling/pitching to new leads
-Help develop holiday campaign strategy for our wholesale channel
-Learn a lot! Working directly with the sales manager and owner, you will learn what it's like starting your own business, advance your knowledge and experience in sales, increase your skills in effective communication strategies and most importantly work in a fun creative environment in Grand Rapids, MI.
-Hands-on sales experience and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
-Proficient with MS Office Suite- detailed excel experience preferred
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
-Decisive, organized, and detail-oriented with special attention to timeliness
-Strong business acumen and a problem-solving attitude
-Working towards a four-year degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, communications, or relevant field
